When we work with new community developers like Metropia on Trinity Hills, our renders and animations are key to show home builders, prospective home buyers, commercial developers, and retailers what they can expect. Our work isn’t just about the specs and logistics (although we really nerd out on those), it’s largely about the feeling of the space and the story of the community. The magic of visualization is that it lets you see and experience an area long before it’s built, and that’s exactly what we were able to do here.

In Trinity Hills we knew we needed to capture what makes it so alluring – focusing on its access to adventure and how you can Live, Shop, and Play here unlike any other community. Its location is unique and attractive for adventure seekers with its proximity to the mountains and Banff, as well as being within essentially an arm’s length to Canada Olympic Park.
Through detailed animations of The Village townhomes and streetscapes, we were able to give a real sense of the vibe and the lifestyle the area provides. With nature-forward finishes and modern facades, these 3 + 4 bedroom townhomes almost appear to be built into the hilled landscape behind, and we know that potential buyers in the area will be very keen on anything that has them feeling closer to the outdoors.
We built out interior animations that showcased the finer details – like the finishings and layouts within the kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, and bedrooms, and we didn’t stop there.
Using modelling and animation we were able to convey the true scale of this development and neighbouring locations like The Gateway and the Town Centre shopping districts. Having worked with Metropia before, we knew this would be a one of a kind development, but after completing this project we can say with certainty that this truly is a unique find in the Calgary market.
