McKinley Beach Amenity Building
A waterfront community with unbeatable amenities (hello on-site vineyard), McKinley Beach came to us to visualize their suite of incredible amenity features. From an indoor pool and fitness center to playgrounds, a community garden, tennis and pickleball courts, a hot tub terrace and beyond, we needed to shine a bright light on this part of the community. With prospective buyers from all over the world, it was vital for us to render this stunning lakefront community in all its glory for everyone to see.

Smack dab in the middle of some of Canada’s most prized real estate in the Okanagan, Mckinley Beach is Kelowna’s only lakefront community. We knew this meant plenty of interest, and plenty of questions–most of which we hoped to answer with our photorealistic designs. We were fortunate to work alongside the architect, interior designer, and landscape architect on this project to really capture the development authentically.
