The Oliver

The Oliver is where luxury living meets prime urban convenience. Located on 524 10th Avenue in the heart of Calgary, this premier residential tower is a beacon of modern elegance and sophisticated city life. This project contains a full 3-minute CGI video and still renderings, designed to captivate potential residents even before the tower's launch. It is an immersive walkthrough that highlights location, and an array of amenities and unit options, offering a vivid preview of life at The Oliver.

Understanding the importance of accessibility, we created virtual tours for two of the units. These tours allow potential residents, especially those not local to Calgary, to explore the units remotely, offering an engaging and interactive experience that brings the spaces to life.

Since 2018, our partnership with Centron has been more than just a business arrangement; it's been a collaborative journey. We worked closely together with them over the years. We have over time established a deep understanding of their vision and needs, giving us space to deliver customized visual assets that reduce costs and time.
