CX Grandin

CX Grandin is a 20-story condo and townhouse development situated in Edmonton’s Grandin neighborhood, a central hub for high-density multi-unit housing. The building features 222 units, including studios, one to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom dorm units, and three-bedroom townhomes. GEC was finalizing the design for development permits and requested attractive renderings of the project in both summer and winter, as well as day and night.
