GEC Architecture approached us to create still renderings for the redevelopment design of this iconic 98 year old building. Demolition of the later expansion buildings is underway, leaving only the original 1921 building intact. The new seven story addition will float above and behind the original and will serve as the University’s new administrative hub.

This project was unique because we had to equally capture the sleek modern design of the glazed addition, as well as the grandeur of the original brick façade.
