We were approached by two clients to showcase the Sage Hill development as a whole (Ronmor), and the Q Condominiums (Morrison Homes) within it. It was a unique project in that we worked with both clients simultaneously, visualizing the retail district and the condominium complex - a unique concept that focuses on walkability, social connection and an enhanced sense of community — a place where you can truly live in the centre of it all.

For Morrison Homes we produced interior and exterior still renderings for web, print, brochures, books and the sales centre, kitchen finish comparisons, 360 degree virtual tours for a one and two bedroom condo and a multimedia videos focusing on the condominium.
