Affordable housing is something that every city needs. Affordable housing for families experiencing poverty and homelessness is a cause we especially wanted to be a part of. 

Ogden Hub:29 is a dignified, modern condo development which includes a pre-school, daycare, communal kitchen, rooftop patio, rooftop playground and a community café where residents can dine or work to earn income. Main floor multipurpose rooms will host activities ranging from church services, to pottery classes to resume building workshops.

The video we created is being used to raise awareness and to raise the money needed to make this vision a reality. 

Our process for a video such as this is, somewhat simplified:

• Storyboard and script creation

• Draft narration recording (in-house or AI)

• Animatic creation containing stock, b-roll and rough draft animation

• Draft narration revision based on internal and client feedback

• Draft 1

• Client review and revisions

• Narration recording in a professional studio, stock video purchase

• Draft 2

• Client review and revisions

• Final
