CX Grandin

CX Grandin is a 20-story condo and townhouse development within Edmonton’s Grandin neighbourhood, known as a hub for higher density multi-unit housing in central Edmonton. The building’s 222 units range from studio to three-bedroom units to four-bedroom dorm units and three-bedroom townhomes.

A straightforward project - GEC was finalizing the design for development permits and wanted some good looking renderings of their design in both summer and winter and day and night.
