During our extensive work on the University District neighborhood we had to model, render and animate all of the proposed developments. Capella, a unique development that offers both contemporary condos and single level residences was one of them.

The Brookfield team saw the quality of work we were doing and came to us to create a couple of high end renderings, “hero shots” that could be used for marketing efforts.
