We had a lot of fun working alongside the DIALOG team on what was to become a landmark addition to Calgary’s Culture + Entertainment District. The vision for the Event Centre was a world-class venue for all manner of sporting and entertainment events, which would also deliver enhancements to the surrounding area including multipurpose, outdoor festival spaces and welcoming streetscapes.

Unfortunately the project and all associated agreements were terminated around Christmas of 2021. I know that all of us at theREM are hoping that a new deal will be struck, resulting in the successful delivery of an Event Centre for our Rivers District and all the people of Calgary whose lives it will enhance.
