One of the best parts of owning a visualization studio is being involved in major development projects that shape a city. CMLC started on it’s vision for the Rivers District with East Village back in 2007. They transformed that neighborhood from a corner of downtown that most people were scared to even set foot in up to what it is today, one of Calgarys most sought after neighborhoods teeming with arts and culture. Next on the Masterplan is east Victoria Park, a 20-year vision for Calgary’s Culture and Entertainment district which includes 4 million square feet of mixed use development including the BMO Centre expansion and a new Events Centre.

We were tasked with creating a vision of what a revitalized Stampede Trail could look like using the most recent information from multiple architects and developers. Looking forward to more work on this exciting vision for our city!
