Clients: Brookfield Residential, RK Visualization

We created this animation of south Calgary's Seton community for Brookfield Residential, working alongside RK Visualization - who was functioning as the project manager. The video is almost exclusively CG content, save for some aerial drone composite scenes. We had a lot of fun trying to capture the essence of Seton - a "true urban district, a core outside the core".
