U of A - South Campus Arena

Client: GEC Architecture

This project was for a proposed arena in Edmonton Alberta that would have two ice rinks, multipurpose rooms, classrooms and space for the faculty of kinesiology, sport, and recreation’s (KSR) High-Performance Athlete Training and Research Centre.

We always enjoy working with GEC, their talented architects and designers always have a focused vision of what it is they’re designing, so we become an extension of their team, a design tool if you will, so they can share their vision with project stakeholders and the public. This rendering exercise was about light and reflection on the building exterior and how the surfaces would look in both daylight and at night.
