SPRINGBANK OFF-STREAM STORAGE RESERVOIR

Client: Stantec, Government of Alberta

We created this technical animation for Stantec, working alongside RK Visualization who was functioning as the project manager. The video outlines the controversial Springbank off-stream storage reservoir flood mitigation project. The reservoir is designed to mitigate downstream damage in Calgary in the event of high water on the Elbow River like we saw in the catastrophic 2013 Alberta floods. This video was used for public education and consultation.
