Ti’nu - banff affordable housing

We were pleased to work with GEC on this first of its kind project - a 131 unit apartment complex in the town of Banff, a community that has been experiencing high prices and zero vacancy for many years.

We enjoy working on winter images, and let’s be honest, in Alberta it’s winter more than half of the year, so showing a complex in the snow should be a priority for many developments. In this case it was creating a wintry landscape - but not the cold and bleak kind, one that looked warm and inviting, something that Banff and the province of Alberta wanted to invest in.
